Download help

Use a public Instagram post or Reel link. Profiles, private accounts, deleted posts, and some restricted media are not supported. Download a carousel item individually, or choose Download all to receive a ZIP with numbered files. On iPhone, open the ZIP in Files, then use a file’s Share menu to save supported photos or videos to Photos.

If a link expires, paste the same post again. Reopening an unlocked post reuses its existing result while files remain available. A whole carousel counts as one post. If a request is still pending, retry the same link so we can resume it rather than start a duplicate.

When you contact us

Describe what happened, your device and browser, and any error message. You may include a post URL, but do not send passwords, identity documents, or payment-card details.
