Privacy policy

Effective October 16, 2026. PocketStash is operated by Sunbeam Studios LLC. For privacy requests, email contact@sunbeamla.com.

Information we process

When you sign in, our hosting platform supplies an account identifier and may supply your name and email. We use your identifier to enforce the one-free-post trial. We retain canonical post references, retrieval status, provider job identifiers, timestamps, and spending reservations to prevent duplicate retrievals and manage service costs. Your submitted Instagram tracking parameters are removed from stored post links.

Our hosting providers process technical information such as IP addresses, requests, and security logs. If you contact support, we process the information you choose to send. Do not send Instagram passwords, payment-card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers

OpenAI/ChatGPT provides sign-in and hosting services, Cloudflare provides infrastructure and database services, and Apify retrieves public Instagram media. A post URL is sent to Apify for processing. These providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy policies, and may process information outside your country. Provider job records and datasets may remain in the provider account after a download.

Media and retention

PocketStash streams files to your device and does not maintain a permanent media library. Account and usage records are retained to operate the trial, prevent abuse, and reconcile service usage. Records may need to be kept for security or legal reasons. You may email us to request access, correction, or deletion; we will assess the request and explain any information we need to retain.

Cookies and advertising

Our platform may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, session management, and security. PocketStash does not add advertising trackers and does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Paid checkout is currently inactive, so PocketStash does not collect payment-card information.
